the clock stops alot when my workers are selling. i can do some random workaround with setting them to rest then saving and reload save but it does not fix it for more then a few mins. any idea?

This may seem like a dumb question but when do you get new workers? I've been selling ultra pure stuff for 40 bucks just to build my rep, its up to seven bars now and yet i haven't ♥♥♥♥♥♥ a single new worker? should i up their pay? it's at 150 right now....
