It scratches many itches for me in a way that no other piece of media does, almost like it was made for me.

I think I’m demisexual so to have a game that actually values romance and takes its sweet time to give you a good relationship roleplay inside and outside of NSFW stuff is AMAZING.

Things like getting married, forming your own family, having children (And having wholesome moments with some of them), and the polyamorous freedom aspect of it all is just perfection.

This game is therapeutic to me, every patch note is like a gift I get to open and get excited over.

You never know when your new favorite character might get introduced, or when an update might come to one you already love. New scenes, new stories, new places, everything in this game is cool so every patch comes with pleasant surprises that feel refreshing and exciting!

You can feel the care and love the team put into this game, it’s very heartwarming to see.

This game gets EXACTLY what I enjoy, which is deep, deep immersion with highly developed characters – and it doesn’t forget good character development, good story, or good romance, for the sake of the NSFW content – and that attitude is the biggest strength of this game in my opinion.

But don’t get me wrong, the NSFW stuff is also great.

It shines on things most NSFW games don’t, which is, it takes its time to make everything surrounding the NSFW content high quality, from combat to lore/world-building, from SFW interactions to romances, a good narration - not just the sex stuff, although the sex stuff is also just as good if not better because everything else sets it up to be the best version it can be – what is sex without good foreplay?

A good romance, for example, also enhances the NSFW content in many occasions – the only reason I care and enjoy this game this much, to the point I’m willing to let my friends see this, it’s because it makes an amazing job of making you feel invested in everything about it, from its story to its many easily-lovable characters, at least for me it did, and this is a huge thing for me, since not much media out there can capture me like this RPG does.

The first game is a classic (and I hope it gets a port out of flash in the future, maybe as bonus content in this one?), it was influential on my teenage years as I’m sure it was for many others, and this game lives up to its legacy for sure, while evolving it into something even better.

I truly, truly hope they keep updating after v1.0 because this game keeps me going in many ways, it’s one of the rare pieces of media I actually look forward to reading about its development and it makes me happy to see it getting bigger and better, and I don’t want to see it stop anytime time soon, until the game is gigantic and there’s not possibly any more room for development, which hopefully is in a future far, far away from now.

I’m extremely invested in its lore and characters, and I hope its one of those games that will keep getting frequent updates and keep me feeling like this for many years to come (no pun intended).
