I just want to be absolutely sure and searching the net didn't help. So I know you need all weapons for endings C & D and as far as I know you can't get all weapons during route A because you only get access to some diary after ending A and you'll get a few weapons by doing challenges from that diary. But what if I get all weapons during my second playthrough? Will it skip ending B if get all of them early? Because I don't want to skip anything. So should I make sure to leave at least one weapon behind ...

So I've screwed up and missed some weapons when going for ending C, I'm starting to get tried of going through the whole game, will I need to run through all of these hoops again for ending D and E ?
