How Sombra from Overwatch would look like if Overwatch would take place in year 2017? This build is my answer, way more primitive technology with similar weapon and playstyle. Hacking maybe is not answer to every problem, but bullets can solve rest of them.

Stealth + Plan B, Glass Canon

+ Suitable for both stealth and loud
+ Maximum possible dodge chance (55 while standing still)
+ Huge damage per second
+ High critical hit chance
+ 2 fully upgraded ECMs
+ Fast and very agile
Automatic weapons
Suit
- Small survivability
- Wastes a lot of ammo.

• Yakuza character pack (micro uzi)

• Underdog basic - "So many targets, so little time."

• Resilience ACE - "Saw that one coming. "

• Steady Grip ACE - Recoil distracts.
  
• Fire Control ACE - There's no time for aiming
  
• Lock N' Load ACE - or reloading.
  
• Surefire basic - With that big clip you just can't miss.

• Chameleon ACE - "Looking for me?"
  
• Nimble basic - You are a hacker, not locksmith.
  
• ECM Overdrive ACE - "Iniciando el hackeo."
  
• ECM Specialist ACE - "¡Apagando las luces!"

• Duck and Cover ACE - Just trust your camo.
  
• Parkour ACE - Don't stop moving.
  
• Hidden Pockets basic - "Where's the fun in playing fair?"
  
• Dire Need basic - "Back off! "
  
• Shockproof ACE - "I’m on fire! Touch me, and you’ll get burned."
  
• Sneaky B4st4rd basic - "¡Asústame, Panteón!"

• Second Wind ACE - "Always leave yourself a back door."
  
• Optical Illusions basic - It is not Thermoptic Camo there is nothing we can do about that.
  
• The Proffesional basic - "That'll help you focus."
  
• Low Blow basic - "Just squishing a bug."
  
• Specialized Killing ACE - "Mess with the best and die like the rest."
  
• Unseen Strike ACE - "Been here all along"

• Nine Lives ACE - Without recall, don't be surprised you may be downed a lot of times.

Provides mobility and high dodge chance, two things you need to survive.

Closest thing to the original Sombra's weapon. This little gun may not seem like serious business, but wirh some modifications and skills from Ghost skilltree micro uzi can easily rip through Skulldozer in a blink of the eye.

Recommended modifications:

• Low Profile Suppressor
  
• Auto Fire
  
• Micro Laser
  
• No stock

Any automatic assault rifle with silencer and concelament not lower than 24.
Because I'm lazy I'm using just a classic CAR-4 (with a lot of mods)


Short-distance brute-force hacking


Useful on both stealth and loud. On stealth you can use them to hack most of electronic devices in the game, and during loud heist you can use ECMs to hack SWAT turrets or use feedback to imitate Sombra's EMP and disable most enemies around you.

List of things ECM can do:

• Disable pagers and phones
  
• Disable cameras
  
• Open electronic doors
  
• Hack turrets
  
• Stun enemies
  
• Troll teammates
