Foreword
The Leader - It's a heavily armored Main Inspire build. The Leader provides a high chance of survival for you and your friends around you. By the way, it also focuses on few new game mechanics changes like easier hostage taking and more extensive use of them. (Converted cops)

The basic version of this build requires only 97 points!
    The Leader build features
  • Inspire ACE
  • Two Doctor Bags
  • Two converted cops
  • Passive health regeneration (Hostage Taker ACE)
  • VERY heavy armor (Improved Combined Tactical Vest + Shock and Awe + Armorer)
  • Supports sniper rifles (optional - "sniper" variant)
  • Better drills (optional - "engineer" variant)

This build was tested on Hoxton Breakout Death Wish and works great. with appropriate tactics I was able to complete the mission alone by myself (solo + AI), focusing on the use of friendly AI (bots and converted cops). Just let your subordinates do all dirty work, and don't expose yourself to danger. With Inspire ACE you can keep your whole team alive without risking your own live. Passive regeneration from Hostage Taker skill will give you a effective restoration of health, in case of getting into trouble anyway.

Created by me build is available in a basic version, which can be improved in two different ways
  • Sniper - To be a good leader you have to be alive leader. It is better to stay away from troubles. Why would you expose yourself, when you can quietly watch everything through a scope. This variant adds to the build some skills to improve your sniper rifle.
  • Engineer - Take care not only for your crew members, but also for the mission objectives. Let the rest have fun killing people, while you will take care of all these drills.

Skills - Mastermind

MEDIC
  • Combat Medic basic - Cheap damage bonus is nice. You have to buy it to go further anyway.
  • Painkillers ACE - Revived companions are often exposed to danger, so little protection does not hurt.
  • Combat Doctor ACE - You can not call yourself a true medic, if you can not provide 8 uses of Doctor Bag.
  • Inspire ACE - You are so charismatic leader that you can simply forbid someone to die.

CONTROLLER

  • Forced Friendship ACE - Show your dominance.
  • Confident ACE - Let everyone know who's boss here.
  • Joker ACE - Let this poor, captured as hostages losers get the honor to fight under your commands.
  • Partners in Crime basic - You have to take care of your people, but do not exaggerate. Basic is enough. In the case of an accident certainly many other prisoners are looking forward to replace their lucky mates. Literally everyone want to work for you.
  • Hostage Taker ACE - Do you feel that superiority over the others, when you overpowers and dominate opponents? This beautiful call that makes you feel alive... Not only makes you to feel something, this blissful rapture actually keeps you alive!
Skills - Enforcer

TANK
  • Resilience basic - Better armor at the start. Not bad.
  • Die Hard basic - It's YOU who decides when to fight. You start with shooting, when you finish what you started first.
  • Transporter ACE - You can not yet let your loot you slow you down.
  • Shock and Awe ACE - Even if they manage to break your armor, it will not take long. When it comes to your enemies, if you decide that someone has to die, he dies, even shield can't save him.
  • Iron Man ACE - Personage of your rank cannot just lie on the floor, or worse - bleed on the ground. You just can't do it in front of your subordinates
Skills - Ghost

ARTFUL DODGER
  • Duck and Cover basic - When your people need you, every second counts.
  • Parcour basic - Literally, every second.
  • Dire Need basic - Breaking your armor was a bad decision. Even Dozers feel the hesitation after scratching of your brand new vest.
Perk Deck - Armorer

Why exactly Armorer?

The answer is simple.

This build focuses on heavy armor, so we need matching perk deck. Masterminda skill
in itself provide passive health regeneration, so there is no need for any healing Perk Decks. This allows you to focus on the armor and Armorer is the most suitable for this. Armorer perk deck not only improves our armor, but also creates a great synergy with Dire Need skill, so even if enemies will break your armor, your health should be fine.
Variant - Sniper
If you want to maximize your chances of survival, but still take an active part in the fight, here is the solution for you - sniper rifle.

Good marksman may be a valuable treasure for the whole team, while not exposing himself to direct danger. While using sniper rifle it is easier to take off special enemies. These special cops can be treated as enemy leaders, so show them all, who is the best commander here.

For Sniper variant you have to spend a few skill points in tree Mastermind and Ghost skilltrees(Sharpshooter & Silent Killer)

As you probably noticed, new skills do not concern only sharpshooter skills, but Sharpshooter & Silent Killer instead. Why so?

Here is an explanation.

On Death Wish difficulty special enemies can be quite a pain in the head. their numbers, strength and health are increased. Because of increased health, it is much harder to kill them, even by headshots. All sniper rifles besides Thanatos need two headshots to kill, for example, single Tazer

However, this can be prevented by appropriately selected skills.

Appropriately skills in this case are High Value Target basic and Specialized Killing ACE, which together provide 30% damage bonus. This onus allows you to kill Tazers and Cloakers by one headshot with some sniper rifles. It also makes killing Dozers from the distance easier, which saves a lot of time and ammunition.
Variant - Engineer
Option for those who prefer watch mission objectives instead of hunting enemies.

This variant will fully improve your drills, making many heists easier.

The changes apply only to Technician skill tree, Breacher subtree
.

This is all. I'm not gonna describe separately all three skills, because each of them has a similar effect - upgrades your drills.

As primary use silenced sniper rifle you are comfrortable with. This build is very old, so I can't tell what secondary works the best now, just take silenced weapon you like, I'm using Kross Vertex or Deagle.

Any suggestions for weapons for each variant? You provided one primary weapon suggestion in the Payday skills calculator, but there is not any suggestions of any kind for the secondary of the Sniper variant, nor is there any suggestion of the weapons for the Engineer variant.
