First start the game.

You will unlock this achievement:

Then you will see this screen:

Click on the big button with the red outline (second row).
Notice that there is 0 in the upper left corner.
You skip by pressing spacebar. You can reverse by pressing backspace.
Proceed to the next section of our guide.

Skip until you see 134 in the upper left corner.
Select the first choice then skip to 142 and select the first choice again.

Skip until you see 161 in the upper left corner.
Select the second choice.

At 194 select any choice. It doesn't matter.

Select the first choice.

At 289 select any choice. It doesn't matter.

Don't understand how coding works and not sure if devs would allow that anyways. And last but not least I quit gaming and also don't have the time to make said translation. Try asking on the community hub of the game or even better contact the devs directly and ask them. Though even if they agree to do that I am not that guy, unfortunately.
