Hi there! This guide will focus on the best skill points to make the game easy and fun.
Additionally, I will talk the best weapons in the game.
I will try to keep spoilers to a minimum. However, there will be some spoilers.
NEW: I have added extra stuff.

Introduction some spoilers

-Note: If you want to use your skill points, it is imperative that you do not get the latest Biochip upon visiting Hengshui. I will not explain why to avoid spoilers. If you want to know why, read the covered text below. No worries you can still beat the game read the rest of the guide

If you get the new Biochip, you will have to fight the 3rd boss without your augmentations
/spoiler] See below for my method under the section 3rd boss fight no augs. Alternatively, if you have problems defeating the 3rd boss without your augmentations, you should use an exploit. Apparently, there is bug where you can defeat the 3rd boss with a single takedown. When you start the boss fight, go to the left side of the arena. As soon as the 3rd boss jumps from the wall, you can do the takedown

-factory zero achievement: this is a hidden achievement for the missing link dlc where you do not use any skill points nor any weapons.
You will need the Social enhancer skill for 2 achievements (It is a must)
-1) Ladies man achievement
-2) The Old Adage

Best Skill Points

Note: As mentioned before, if you would like to get factory zero achievement, you cannot use any skill points during the missing link dlc.
Note: You can buy Praxis kits from Limb clinics or doing some side quests! There are also some Praxis kits hidden in the sewers.
Top Skill Points
-1) Hacking: This is the most important skill. Since looking for pocket secretaries takes too long, You can easily hack the terminal instead. For the Doctorate achievement and Hanger 18 you need level 5 hack.
-2) Cloaking system: This is essential. By placing 4 points into the Cloaking system, you can become invisible for 7 seconds. This makes you very hard to detect. Additionally, alarm and turrets will not be able to detect you when cloaked.
-3) Typhoon: This is a boss destroyer. By putting 3 skill points into Typhoon, You can turn Adam into incredible Hulk!!. 3 direct hits from Typhoon will take out any of the bosses on give me Deus ex difficulty.
Note: typhoon requires you to be very close to target. You can buy it from limb clinics.
-4) Move heavy objects. This is essential. Many hidden paths are blocked by heavy objects. Having this skill makes moving objects a breeze
-5) Carry weight: This lets you carry more items which then you can sell.
-6) Dermal Armour: You take less damage which can be helpful in boss fights on Give me Deus Ex difficulty.
-7) Icarus Landing system: You will need this for doctorate achievement for one of the ebooks
-8) Double Take down: This is just cool

Social enhancers: You can just save 2 skillpoints for when you know the achievements are coming. Save your game and spend you skill points to get the achievement. Reload the save. You don't need them other than achievements.

You can get about 45 skill points if you do all the quests and get ghost bonuses along with smooth operator

Best weapon

In my opinion, the best weapon in the game is the shotgun. Note: I am talking about the regular shotgun (NOT double-barrel shotgun).
Diagram shows how much the weapon can be modded

Yellow: Base Stats (Example: Base Fire rate)
Light Green: Stats already enhanced by weapon mods
Greyish Green: Stats that can be further moded with additional weapon mods

What makes the shotgun so powerful?
-1) The Burst round system allows the shotgun to fire 2 shots instead of 1. Therefore, shotgun can do maximum damage.
-2) When fully upgraded, Shotgun can do just as much damage as the Rocket launcher. The damage on the rocket launcher cannot be upgraded any further. Additionally, shotgun can be modded to have a higher fire rate, faster reload and greater ammo capacity. Therefore, shotgun is the superior weapon in the game.

Kevorkian complex & acquaintances forgotten

For these 2 I recommend the following:
-After the first boss battle, You will return to Detroit to talk to David Sarif. However, before talking to Sarif, you should see Prichard in Jensen's office.
-Save at this point. You have to win the arguement with David Sarif in the conversation and get the silver tongue bonus.
-Do NOT go to China Yet. Return to Prichard. After talking to Prichard (for the second time), you can go to China.
-Upon returning to Detroit, You will be contacted by Prichard. Follow what he says. I believe the trigger line is the vicinity of the Limb clinic.
-3) New: sentimental value achievement. Rather than giving Megan's bracelet to her mother, you should keep it for yourself.

There are a few places in the game:
Location: Montreal Picus building. Make sure you loot the drawers BEFORE talking to Elisa. Otherwise, looting this would become impossible.

Tips for Stealth

While it is obvious, you want to look for air ventilation ducts. Sometimes the developers have hidden them behind boxes (This was the case during the beginning of the game when the Purists took over Sarif)

Here is an example:
Location: Summon the funicular in Picus.
I use the ventilation system shown in the ducts to end up right beside the funicular.

Washrooms sometimes have hiidden paths blocked by boxes. Example: Convention Center.
Here I used the air ventilation pathway to find Where Sandoval is hidding to get access to the computer.

Hanger 18 Achievement

This is the part of the story:

If you do not like to hack, here is the code "trnsprt"
Remove the box and you have hack a computer and code is given above.

Please choose the following:
-1) Police report was inconclusive
-2) You said she was drunk
-3) Antique clock
-4) LIMB clinic (Your family owns LIMB)

3rd Boss fight no Augs!

How to beat the 3rd boss without any Augmentations:

All You need 5-6 Fragmentation Mines.

Drop 3 Fragmentation Mines as soon as he spawns

Take the stairs toward your left and walk up the stairs. You find more Fragmentation Mines there. Pick them up and place them at the entrance to the corner.

All endings Achievement

To get this achievement, you will need to Beat Hugh Darrow and get silver tongue, Talk to Taggert and Sarif. I have laid out their locations with screenshots.
-1) Beat Hugh Darrow and get silver tongue

-2) Talk to Taggart: see mouse on the screenshot: His location is on the highest level don't take any stairs down. Additionally, you have to take the path that is somewhat blocked and you have to crouch see screenshot below.

-3) Talk to Sarif: You take the elevator down and watch out for mines.

Secret ending- D project achievement

NEW: Note: D-Project achievement. This requires you to watch all the credits at the end. Do not skip anything and you will get this! I recoomend you actually watch the secret ending since it reveals something about Megan Reed. I won't go any further.

NO, you CAN'T use Typhoon on bosses because they have an Immunity Scene to block you from using that attack! You have to stun them first with something like EMP or mines, then use TWO Typhoons to hit them, repeat until they're dead.

Also roughly where's the sweet spot of distance to the robots where the shotgun still does more damage then the revolver?

the biggest thing i don't like about the shotgun is that it can't have a silencer. combat rifle or handgun for that alt-firearm instead? also tbh, only time i've actually used the typhoon was the other day when i needed to make sure fedorova got hit by the electric current and blew it up myself instead oHo

So I can't get factory zero and ladies man achievement and the old agade in the same save? If yes i need to make a seperate save as soon as the dlc starts. Also i killed the 3rd boss without augs and just with emp, gas, and stun gun because i had no lethal weapons. That was fun

Also do you have tips on how to use typhoon on barret? Everytime I used it, he grabbed me after the animation ended.
