My job ended with my ISP in their technical support dept on March 31st. I was given a small severance, I've spent the majority of April catching up on things around my house, I also got a new dog that we had to deal with who is a total brat. That being said, I have time today and I am currently troubleshooting the majority of what all people have been complaining about.

1. I can't find all of the chesters on the map.

the solution: I've officially started a fully new map with only two other mods, one to test another issue with, and the other to help figure out WHAT happened with these chesters not spawning. I found all chesters naturally without needing to spawn any of their eyebones. If you have doubts, check out the mod linked below. It reveals the entire map, so if you outright give up searching naturally, use the map revealer mod then while loaded into your world hit shift+r and it will show the entire map. My chesters all spawn on top of wood floor, bigdaddy and bluster spawn on later wood floors that look like a face. Originally afetogbo and I when we were partnered made the floor do that so we could find the chesters easier while testing the mod in it's early stages. I'm leaving that alone as a small nod to him but he no longer works on this mod or plays.

2. The caper of the invisible chesters!

I always envisioned myself sitting there and redoing the artwork on all of my chesters. In reality, Dubster is the only one without issues going invisible. I know what the issue is, I guess between the mental abuse I was getting at work, and trying to upkeep with my house and family the invisible chester issue wasn't a priority. I'm just going to sit down later, dust off my old tools and fix the chesters the lazy way. It's simply missing a few new image files in the animations and I may just copy and paste nad rename a few to fill those in.

This mod adds in new chesters to the game, all have their own unique abilities and talents. They also all have their own drawbacks as well which helps level out the playing field so they arent maknig the game TOO easy for you. They are spawned on the map just like chester when the mod is enabled but you have to make a new map. Otherwise if you have a save you like, use my prefab list below to summon their respective eyebones.

Compatibility issues:
There seems to be a list of mods by Zarklord that don't agree with the chester family. To help narrow down the specific ones EXACTLY, the one thing these mods have in common is they are all dependant on the [API]Gem Core mod. For me to fix this issue, it would require me to basically change the entire code of my mod, so that it would also rely on Gem Core.

Invincible Chester also causes issues(Which defeats the purpose of Dubster FYI). I recommend avoiding all mods that modify Chester unless it's arca tumbulus which just adds morphs to regular chester. (SMALL EDIT: It seems there are now multiple versions of the invincible chester mod, so trial and error helps in picking out which one works with this)

The prefab debug list for the eyebones so you can manually spawn them in if you so choose:

Big Daddy: bigdaddy_eyebone

I'd also like to bring attention to the character mod Elsa, because they used some of our code to make an olaf that follows elsa and acts a bit like a chester. Go give them some of the love too since Olaf may as well be considered a part of the family.

You can, the tool I use is ktools, then I use spriter for my animations themselves after i work on the png pieces of the chester family members. If you can help me out that would be great, it would help free up time for me to draw up the new chester I wanted to start working on but been a bit overwhelmed because I don't want to release a new chester or start working on one without the others being fixed.

I'll still look into it on a day I have of where Im not dead tired and see if it helps but each animation uses multiple png files to make up one entity

@eldvarg this is a known issue with all of the chester members except for Afester. IT is an animation issue because the original chester animations got updated for boats and my animationsare now missing a couple of 'pieces' that dst added to their animations for chester. Until I have time to decompile every chester one by one and recompile after making the missing body pieces to add into the animations, this is going to be like this unfortunately.

Is it on purpose the big one gets invisible sometimes and only the legs are shown?

This mod will work with an existing world but the chesters will not spawn in the world. The games mechanics themselves with how the game code and engine works make it so once everything on the world spawns, there's no spawning in something new naturally. You will need to spawn in the eyebones yourself on a already premade world.

@silver wolf only a couple of the chesters have sanity auras. If you don't like them feel free to disable the chesters themselves.
