Note: Since the config is not included anymore with the workshop item due to issues with the config resetting to default everytime an edit was made, you will need to manually download the file above and place it inside the following location depending if you are using HL2Monsters Solo or on a Server (After it is in the correct location you will be able to use HL2Monsters and freely edit the config):

Solo: Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Config
Server: <ServerFolder>\KFGame\Config

Note: Make sure to check out the config, it includes instructions on how to configure it properly (simple configured version included)

What's New:
  • AI issues fixed
  • Anims now work how they should
  • Names now correctly show in game
  • Various changes to HL2 Zed stats (Mainly XP/Dosh and Health)
  • Customizable config that lets you configure your game with a variety of options [Examples include disabling vanilla zeds, raising the spawn multiplier, allowing HL2Monsters to spawn during the boss round, etc.] (Credits to Pharrahnox)

About the mutator and how to install it:

This is a WIP monster pack with creatures ported from Half-Life 2 for KF2. It contains all zombie/headcrab types and combine hunter and strider. I will yet work on this to bring the rest of HL2 enemies.

Note: After about half way through the match in an outdoor map there may sometimes appear dropships from the sky deploying striders to the combat, or alternatively combine hunter helicopters come in from the sky, you will need explosives or microwave gun to take them out.

To run this mod:
- Solo:
In main menu bring down console with Tilde key and type in command: Open KF-FarmHouse?Mutator=HL2Monsters.HL2Mut

- Server:
Launch up server with ?Mutator=HL2Monsters.HL2Mut in commandline or add ServerActors=HL2Monsters.HL2Mut in PCServer-KFEngine.ini
The exact spawn classnames for the enemies are (in case you use another mod to spawn in custom zeds):

Hello. It is possible to manage Zeds Spawning with ZedSpawners instead of HL2 mod spawn ?

Since Zedternal has it's own spawn config, is it possible to just ignore the .ini for this mod and use their config to spawn these zombies?

(1) If I want to add my own monster to the list what is required?
I want to add CyberDemon for example.
I added this to KFHL2Monsters.ini in Documents where other similar configs reside but I have yet seen a CyberDemon appear,what am I doing wrong?

hello how do i make only custom half life mosnters to spawn? i went to the config and set some sht to true and there are still normal zeds spawning

Currently new spawn handler is so buggy, HL2 Boss is too many spawn or not spawn. so can't make it the old way?
