Works as of game version v1.3.3 (august 2018)

This mod changes galaxy generation in the way that only 1-planet (common), 2-planet (common) and 3-planet (rare) star systems are available.
That doesn't include Minor/Major factions home systems.

It also fixes the generation of star types depending on the galaxy age, so you indeed get hotter stars (blue, white, protostars etc) in the young galaxy and cooler stars (red giants, dwarves etc) in the old galaxy. "No star" systems spawn is set to zero.

Keep in mind: anything else is unchanged (planet size, temperature distribution, yields etc).

• Enhanced Resources Extraction - adds luxury resources bonus to improvements that give strategic resources bonus
  
• Gene Splicing Cost Reduced - reduces to 1 number of population needed for Horatio Gene Splicing
  
• Temporal Duplication Facility - once built adds bonus FIDSI on system that increases by 1 FIDSI per turn
  
• Galaxy Generation Bigger Systems - changes galaxy generation so only 4-planet and 5-planet star systems spawn (faction home systems excluded)
  
• Galaxy Generation Smaller Systems - changes galaxy generation so only 1-planet, 2-planet and 3-planet star systems spawn (faction home systems excluded)
