It is simple, all of you need is Midspace's Admin helper commands
Check this page[github.com] for learn how spawn prefabs, but i think you need just 4 commands /listprefabs and /addprefab to spawn and /listships and /deleteship to remove.

For example:
Enter command "/listprefabs station" show you all prefab contains "station" in his name, next you need enter second command "/addprefab Civil_Station" or use "/addprefab #6" but #6 actual only for last "list" command.
