Bug Report. Not sure of the effects. Likely related to update.
Since the last update this mod and at least one other (which I unsubscribed to try yours by itself) produce the following errors:
ImprovedPublicTransport: Method not found: 'CitizenManager.CreateUnits'. at ImprovedPublicTransport2.Data.PrefabData.EnsureCitizenUnits () at ImprovedPublicTransport2.Data.PrefabData.set_Capacity (Int32 value) at ImprovedPublicTransport2.Data.PrefabData.LoadPrefabData ()

I am not sure what the effect is but I hope this helps.
