Hey there, we freshly relaunched our PvE Server on May 27th with The Center map.
Our main goal is having fun, building and controlled tribe warfare on War Maps in the near future. This means we will create areas on the map in which people can battle each other, like small ego shooter levels. Because of that, we encourage keeping tribes small (2-4 people), so we have more teams to warfare.

Rules:
  1. Nobody destroys structures from other tribes
    • Contact admin if you find abandoned structures, because the person could be on holidays or something
  2. Keep your base well out of render range of existing bases. There is still plenty of room on the map.
  3. Thatch foundations are used to claim land where you want to build your base. Building activity has to start within two weeks of claiming.
  4. No blocking of important spawn points via structures e.g. mountain top metal spawns
  5. Global chat is english only
  6. Don’t be an ass
  7. Admin powers will only be used to resolve issues which were caused by bugs or other development flaws (game still in alpha!) or for the benefit of everyone in the context of events

Settings:
Server settings are not written in stone. If you want to have a setting changed contact an admin or write a post in the server group. We will have a poll. If the majority wants the setting changed, we will test it for a given time period (1-2 weeks) and after that decide if we keep the setting or change it back.

  • Gathering x2 for building mats
  • Taming & Breeding speed: x3
  • Baby Food Consumption halved; Imprinting is in fine tuning phase
  • PvE Flyer Carry & Platform Allowed Unaligned Dinos
  • Platform structures x2 & Turrets allowed
  • Spikes damage wild dinos
  • Longer Day, normal nights
  • Crosshair & third person view enabled
  • No friendly fire
  • almost Official Dino Balance, but
    • doubled (8%) weight per spent level up
    • Ptera & Argent increased melee damage
    • Quetzal decreased melee damage
  • Corpse Decay: 30 min
  • Spoilage Timer x2
  • Custom recipes effectiveness and skill x2
  • AutoDestroyOldStructuresMultiplier*: 4
*This means that buildings will be autodestroyed after x days in which no member of the owning tribe was in render range:

If you have not played on a no fly server you are missing out on large parts of the ark experience. The goal with no fly is to make every dino relevant and have a purpose again. Wyverns are amazing to ride/use, but have become the end game dino that solves any fighting and farming needs. No fly allows players to actually feel like taming a bear, rhino, mammoth, Kangaroo, frog actually has a purpose again. The experience is overall more challenging but far more rewarding as you are not using a single dino type to play the entire game.

Below is the list of mods, server IP and general settings we have configured for the new server.

Supply Drops: Modified to contain flying dino eggs so it is not impossible to get all the kibbles.Supply drops have also been adjusted to drop more relevant loot, such as gunpowder, oil, pearls, bear saddles etc. So looting one feels more relevant.

Deep sea and cave drops: Wildcard has stated that these will be adjust on there end soon, but if we feel like they are taking too long we will modify these tables on the new server also.

SE Dino’s: We wll be linking to our SE server to allow taming these dino's and bringing them back to The Island.
