Stats
Looks like something that would do something like burn more. So i'm thinking this.

Pros
On hit burning players:
Afterburn timer is reset
+25% Added afterburn time
+25% Added afterburn damage
Health packs will only remove the extra afterburn effects, not the burn itself, for 10 seconds.

Cons
-25% Damage
-20% Firing speed (to all of YOUR weapons) per enemy hit

(Aferburn time and afterburn damage cap at +100%)
(Firing speed caps at -80%, resets after not hitting an enemy for 5 seconds)

Is it op? Maybe. Is it better than the axetinguisher? Probably not.

taunt to activate the bar
Without bar:
-25% damage
-10% speed
-15% firing speed
With bar:
+50% damage
+20% speed
+20% fire damage taked
-50% medic healing
+on hit burning players

Pro:
+1% faster cap time
+On kill: +crits for 7 seconds and you cant change to primary / secondary weapon

Cons:
when equipped:
+50% damage taken
-no random crits

+1 Cap speed while active

-15% Damage
+10% Damage taken from all sources

mini-crits burning players. removes sappers. -50% damage vs non burning players. when flamethrower ammo is at 0 it will give flamethrower 50 ammo but the mini crit effect will be gone.

Ok, lemme try.

Pros:

On hit: builds up a 'Burn Charge'
Whan charge is activated, The Cauterizer will mini-crit as well as setting players on fire with an extended afterburn

Cons:

-20% Firing speed
-10% Damage
-No random crits
Burn charge empties when user steps into water

People will be so dissapointed that a good looking weapon again ends up with really crappy stats.

When weapon is active:
On hit: reveals disguised spies
+can see enemy health
-10 slower move speed
-25% more blast damage

My stat idea:

Advantages:

Friendly buildings are hit with this weapon can be upgraded twice as fast by Engies for 5 seconds
On hit: Enemies take +25% fire damage for 2 seconds

Disadvantages:

-25% damage penalty

Upon striking a burning enemy or ally: Stops fire, but gives speed boost and mini crits with any weapon to the player for 8 seconds.


-40% damage penalty
