Had a "crash" when trying to use a sign at night while connected to a friend's game. The game went unresponsive and I had to close it via the task manager. Because of this, there's no distinct error in the log other than this spammy mess, but maybe this can help - looking at the mod's comments it seems I'm not the only one who crashes when travelling as a client.

EDIT: Log removed to reduce post length as Isosurface has already seen it.

I guess one of the mods you have installed is missing a component, and using the sign triggers it and makes the system aware of the missing component.

Testing for the offending mod sounds like it's gonna be a real ♥♥♥♥♥, being a clientside problem and all, but I'll give it a look. Thanks for the quick reply.

I didn't get an error report, the game just went unresponsive and i had to terminate it. I was playing on a dedicated server called [24/7]survival server, i teleported yesterday on the same server and it worked, the difference this time i think was distance (i teleported much longer today).

There appears to be a complex network and mod compatibility problem so the game does not generate a crash report, and I cannot fix it.

As reported in http://steamproxy.net/workshop/filedetails/discussion/600342972/405693392920556561/ of forked Fast Travel mod, there is a crash when the destination sign's text contains percent sign %.

A log file is normally generated when DST crashes. This log file can be used to help troubleshoot. But if a client's game crashes when fast travelling, the client's game doesn't generate a log file. That makes debugging difficult.

@Verticalways, there is a problem (probably missing) a file in your core game folder "shaders/ui_yuv.ksh".

Hi, the fast travel signs were working so well, but now that it's nearing 1,000 days anytime a sign is right clicked, server crashes.. here's the crash log:

the following crash happen with the doctored version of your mod: the "with ui" mod.... but i assume the error might as well come from the original mod logic. i dont know. lemme simply report...

Hello, I have a problem and I don't know how to solve it.
I set up a DST server and added mods, specifically a ready package and a few characters.
While loading "Fast Travel" the server crashes.
