Moves on my watchlist right now are:
- BAir (possible change: rework to remove projectile)
- UAir (slight rework: additional center hitbox, one less hit/lower damage overall)
- Lower magic cost across all specials (mostly NSpecial and DSpecial) OR faster recharge rate
- NSpecial charge knockback scaling buff
- Faster FAir/BAir/FTilt/Jab windows

^ These are changes I'd like to make next patch. I probably won't be patching Blue for a long time, but I'll be leaving these up for reference.
