Survivalist & Vigilant are not ideologies in Ride for Ruin-- are you sure this is the correct mod? The five ideologies are Isolationism, Freedom, Opportunism, Conquest, and Melkorite. Ideologys are defined in the common/ideologies folder. The Freedom, Conquest, and Opportunism icons are from vanilla, but the other two are located at gfx/interface/ideologies. I'm not sure what other UI stuff you could be referring to.
