Bugs Reports - Help Him Fix What Needs to be Fixed.
Arcane Rift Manipulator - I have clicked it multiple times to activate this relic and it does not seem to do anything.

Can I ask why the Merger of rules is at the start of the load order, when the author says it has to be the last in the load order?

Merger of rules is actually 2nd to last in the load order. The collection is not listed in load order. That's part of why you have to use Irony Mod Manager to run this collection and import the zip file all mentioned in the instructions.

The UI for the civilian ships, navy ships and starbases has a pink bar that says "error" on it

after activating L gate, Dessanu Consonance sends message and then the game crashes.
