Post-war rocket artillery systems probably ought to be extended down the tech tree, as MLRS development was a big part of the cold-war arms race. Either as additional models of Motorised Rocket Artillery equipment or a tank designer module for SPArt. Balance-wise, I think these should be a more offensive focused artillery: slightly more Attack and Breakthrough per item, at the cost of less Defense and greater supply consumption compared to equivalent-year Artillery.
