Hey bro, there are several guides about setting a server up! To specifically make a horde server, make the contents in your batch file to be this:

CD "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\chivalry_ded_server\Binaries\Win32"
UDKlogging.exe TO2-Horde_Sandcastle_p?modname=horde?steamsockets -configsubdir=Horde1 -sdkfileid=289849044 -seekfreeloadingserver

Just change TO2-Horde_Sandcastle_p to the name of the map you want to run, and change -sdkfileid= to the id of the map you wish to download. Easiest way to find it is to go on workshop, look at the map and at the top of the url you will see numbers, those numbers are the sdkid! Have fun!

Sorry to respond to this randomly, but everytime I launch the server logging file. etc etc. it tells me the map exists but isnt specified

Do you have the subdirectory set up? Do you have the sdkfileid right? Do you have an -sdkfileid for the mod as well?
if anyone is interested, i got it to work by copying the map files to a few different locations manually and then used this command to get it to run: UDKlogging.exe TO2-HordeTown?modname=horde?steamsockets -configsubdir=Hoarde -sdkfileid=267213779 -seekfreeloadingserver. it appears that using the usual "_P" was tripping it up
