Area 48 shield
It's keeping me from getting the turret I need to complete the quest. I have yet to find something that opens the hatch, and I doubt terrain-phasing projectiles are the solution.

@Naii Starwing There should be an outpost keypad in one of the rooms near the ground floor that lets you access the shield generator, that should let you get the turret.

I've added the alert light that activates when you interact with the keypad, so it should be easier to find now.
