Same mod different IDs (For BonkaiBlue)

Here it is :D

All its IDs are now 40000+ (i.e. the 30000 changed to 40000) except for improved/locked items.
Since the other conflicting mod only goes up to 30027, the other locked/improved folder I left them untouched.
