Following the 3.22.12.0 Update, Brick vanilla building stuff was buffed, this patch adjusted the hp of brick buildables.

Since locked water/fuel tank and generators cannot be locked, changed them into improved versions.

Another setting changed for Carlift, hoping it works in multiplayer. It works in singleplayer just fine though.

Added offsets for freeform roofs, added construction rods, added more locked versions of non lockables and hopefully fixed carlift for multiplayer.
