Just a thought, but take it as you will because I don't know how easy it can be achieve or if it fits with the reference of the card. That said, the "Who lost China?" card description from four souls sounded more like a shop related item (limits loot you can take, raises prices).

If you were to change something maybe I'd give it a chaos reroll an item pedestal but raise the price (/). Or maybe using it could spawn one of the greed's while also giving you a money debuff on the current floor.

Then again, idk how to code and it's pretty cool as it is so just take this with a grain of salt and keep that ♥♥♥♥ cool chief
