All of the content in this mod is based off of cards from "the Lost Cards: Encore" expansion for the Binding of Isaac: Four Souls.

Mod Compatibility:

I've heard of a mod that adds Loot Cards into the game,and it has a modding API that lets you make your own!

in case you want to cheat and unlock all of the tainted characters for some odd reason this mod does that

Though the items are also still really cool, like the Void Die.
I just tend to fixate upon things that effect rooms or their layouts, like obstacles and, of course, enemies.

@Dr. Logan It shouldn't conflict but I doubt they made rooms using the new enemy in this mod. Btw this mod only works on ab+.

...So if it is compatible with those mods that Pirx listed below, is it technically compatible with the mixed-rooms mod?
The one that adds rooms that use features from multiple mods...?
