the mod is not working

I can't move with Hydra or Typhon. The other two work fine.

Did you unequip the dagger when you created the character?

yes it was the dagger. works fine

I got to Megalesios (first Telkine, right behind the minotaur boss) but the fight never starts, the statues and Megalesios are invulnerable, and don't move at all. Is there some way to get it going, the mod is otherwise a whole lot of fun :D !!
