+ No longer has Sandbert hurtbox sprites for any special move (oops)
= Removed shadow from the hitstun/tumble state sprite

Known issue: When playing with multiple Frogs, all bubbles will be destroyed when any one of them uses the second part of Neutral Special. (Just tried to fix this for hours, open to suggestions from anyone code-savvy.)
