(Navy Bug) Millenium Dawn of Convoys

Using all DLCS, except arms of tyranny.
Noticed nobody is building any ships at all lol.
Every Nation is only constructing Convoys.

Started a new game, just for testing and it's like that 1 week after start as fresh game start so i dont think a log file is needed.

Well, what I have found out is that the problem lies in how game with MTG dlc handles ship production. Until I find out how to fix this, only thing I can recommend is unfortunately disabling the MTG dlc.
