Yes, but you have to take a few measures:
- For Walls mods, there is no way to learn the Hull Station blueprints so far, so you have to spawn one by using the console command "/spawnitem imm_{species}hullST", where {species} is your species name (some modded species names are abbreviated. Refer to this document[pastebin.com] to make sure)
- For Ships mods, you have to either upgrade or reset your ship for all changes to take effect (upgrading being the more practical one). To reset your ship:
* Make sure you retrieved and stored anything you don't want to lose outside of the ship, and that the character whose ship you want to reset was the last one you played;
* Go to your "Starbound/storage/player" folder (on Steam, that'd be "Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\storage\player") - you should see a bunch of gibberish .player and .shipworld files;
* Sort the files by date, and delete the most recent .shipworld file, along with all .bak files associated with it.

> Something about installing/uninstalling/updating one of the mods created invisible blocks in some places.
Resetting the ship should fix it, but if the only issue is some invisible blocks, a more practical solution might be to use this mod.

> Ship graphics looks offset from where they should be
Usually caused by another mod overwriting the ship graphics files in a "Ships" mod. Try unsubscribing from any other mod that might be changing those files and see if the issue is fixed. In any case, be sure to report the issue in the Issues thread so that I may update the mod to allow compatibility if possible.

> Ship doors not animating correctly / look weird

Hi, I'm unable to regen my ship with this mod installed. I'm playing a vanilla Hylotl, with a fully upgraded T10 ship. I have Better Ships, Walls and Things installed. I tried to use the ship after simply installing the three mods and using the Invisible Door Remover to get rid of the pillar collision boxes, but the background behind the default pillars weren't tile-able, so I knew I had to regen.

So, I deleted my shipworld file (which I've done successfully before), but when I tried to generate a new one, it held on the loading/beam up screen forever. I've done about 3 hours of testing, it's pretty consistently not working.

If I uninstall the Better Ships suite, I'm able to create a new ship. With it installed, my game log shows an endless loop trying to find an object called 'invisiblelightB', which I notice isn't on the mod's list of assets.

(It's longer than the above, but this gives you an idea. New client ship regen starts at line 332, loop starts at line 334.)

I have a lot of mods, they're listed in the log. But as I said, the issue only appears with Better Ships installed.

Oh damn. Yes, that's definitely an issue with the current versions of the mods. Sorry about this! I'm gonna upload a new version for them all soon, and hopefully this will fix the issue.

Something seems to have happened with this mod and FU causing racialized ship doors and hatches to be invisible. Another guy on the Starbound Discord had the same issue, and fixed it by removing this mod.

It's late and I'm not gonna get a list of mods, but they are listed in a log, which should help fix the problem anyways.

Mmm... Can you confirm if it's a specific kind of door? Because it may be that it's the BYOS door and hatch, which uses the apex images, but that I haven't patched. I'll look into it.

It's the racialized doors from BYOS. I spawned a vanilla door in last night, and it worked perfectly

Aaah, I understand now.
Alright, gonna look into it. Unfortunately, there's something that's not quite translating well on the racialiser script (frame file, apparently). I'll try finding a fix for it ASAP.

No worries, was gonna give an update soon anyway. Unfortunately, I'm not able to fix this for the life of me... T_T

I'm working on smoothing out the FU doors, and maybe this could lead to a solution, but so far, I'm having no succes.

I've decided I'll just ignore the issue, no matter how odd it is, until the patch comes out and just download the mod anyways. Suppose it's easier to ignore the invisible doors instead of not use the mod.

I suppose, yeah. Unfortunately, most that I'll be able to accomplish next update is have them visible, but not animating properly...

The Doors and hatches don't look right. the hatch is missing two of the lights and the door has a weird protrusion. Here are some images: https://imgur.com/a/6MNelJh

Mmmmm strange... how is the animation? It seems like it could be a compatibility thing. Are there any other mods that could be changing the floran doors as well?
