Alright I'm horribly sorry for neglecting this so long, life is hard.
Anyway I need to take a look at it, I think this mode broke because of an update.
It does not require the HEV mod, the HEV mod requires this.

Uhhhhh, so I went and tested it out, you can indeed find the playermodel in the playermodel selector, just search "hev". Lemme know how it works out.
