Good Question, I would suppose that not everything would be in an existing save, like changes to Provinces.
Try it out would be my advice :)

Nope, Fallen Eagle is a Total Conversion Mod, this one is based on Vanilla.

Sure, you can use the activate Roma Invicta Descision and play which ever Char you want.
