Want to trade-in your car for a new one? There is a little bit of a problem here. Utilization programs are not a thing yet and car dealerships are closed due to technical reasons. Looks like salvage and steel companies don't work too. Broken and useless cars are starting to clog up space around you...

We have a solution! Grab your Propane Torch and Welding Mask and become a post-apocalyptic vehicle recycler!

You need to have a propane torch in your inventory with some gas (and a welding mask of course). Right click on a vehicle and "Dismantle Vehicle" (or Trailer). The required amounts of propane are different for all cars: depends on their size and number of parts installed.

After dismantling you will get metal and electrical materials: yield depends on your Metalworking skill level. If you want to save some parts for later use, uninstall them in advance! The only usable parts you might get are tires and white light bulbs (but with a condition loss).
The list of possible materials: Metal Bar, Metal Pipe, Metal Sheet, Small Metal Sheet, Scrap Metal, Unusable Metal, Electric Wire, Electronics Scrap, Light Bulb, Ripped Sheets/Leather Strips.
All things you left in the vehicle will be dropped on the ground. The vehicle's key (if you have it) will be dropped from your inventroy too.

Changes how dismantling burnt and smashed vehicles works: different propane requirements, more materials, more metalwelding XP.

The following settings can be changed in the sandbox options (the Vehicle Recycling category):
Parts Must Be Uninstalled Before Dismantling (default: off)
Dismantling Time Multiplier (default: x1)

Game version: Build 41.56+ (MP supported)
The mod should be compatible with custom vehicles mods. But there might be some unrealistic propane requirements and yield.
