It's simple...
You just have to change the loading order!

Load Order:

Colored Map Icons
...
Starbase Extended 3.0

That was it. :)

PS: The icons in "Starbase Extended" are from my mod "Colored Map Icons NSC3 Version"....
It would have been nice to ask! :ExpertQuack:

@acideiffel - Some things are offset like starbases. I am using Starbase Extended 3.0 if that matters. I will play a new game and see what else. ** It looks like it is just the starbases.

Yes, the original green from vanilla is much easier to see. The new one the mod applies is too similar to yellow neutral units. My colorblindness makes it hard to tell them apart.
