I hate to give this game a bad review, i'm interested in the world and the story that the game has to offer but I have issues with the game that make it hard to continue.
I have felt a similar way with Dragon Age Inquisition, where your time is wasted on menial tasks (fetch quests) in area's that are too big to be filled with nothing. The combat is janky at best, you can't heal your followers/party members and are forced to watch them die, nor can you give them any commands. Movement is floaty, no mini-map to make these annoyingly big areas easier to maneuver through, you can't level up or manage your companions, the loot again is similar to something like DA:I or a psuedo-mmo where half of it is useless and a waste of time.
I want another party-based CRPG like DA:O but this isn't it, as much as I want it to be good, it isn't.
I will keep trying for the sake of the story but this already feels like a chore less than 10 hours in.

The story is good and it is the only thing that kept me going. The battle system was improved in Steelrising, so I won't talk much about it. But after 15-20 hours the game becomes absolutely boring, dull, and repetitive. It feels more like an MMO than a single-player game. Very very boring gameplay.

This was a really pleasant surprise. I wasn't expecting the game to be so good. You can say that this is a copy of some other franchise, but that doesn't make the game bad at all. It is very enjoyable and open world RPG lovers will definitely enjoy this without a doubt. Give this game a chance, you will like it. The gameplay and dynamics are good, map is vast enough, exploration is fun and the story is also very good. Enjoy it RPG lovers.
