I like the concept but somehow it doesnt really fit the shape of a "mace", looks more like a hammer to me.
I don't know if this is possible, but it would be better if you make the hourglass spinning around with its interior replaced by an orb (imagine 2 metal round pads revolving around a green-ish orb).

dude, i upvoted the Timelocker, its the best weapon for Darkterror i've seen so far. Just wanna let u know my opinion

its about the same proportions with the original weapon. personally I think this size looks best and rate feedbacks are vastly positive so far.
