I still plan to modify it a bit but I haven't really changed it yet. It does work in it's current state, though.

@GameOverSniper, I've tried increasing the volume of the mod countless times, but it remains the same volume every time. :( The sound files themselves are extremely loud, but the game seems to keep them at a set decible level or something. I'm still trying to figure out if I can change that, as it is a bit quiet.

@Burnzile & @一只兔斯基XD, do either of you have other mods installed? And if so, please send me a list of your active mods so we can determine if this mod doesn't work with other mods. So far I haven't had a conflict with this mod, but if you have other sound mods that replace the chainsaw sounds, that could be the issue, could also be another mod for some reason.

@Burnzile, I'm not sure why it's not working for you :( but I will make sure the files are still in working order and update the mod

Having issues with the sounds not playing, I have subscirbed, enabled it in game. But I have the original Chainsaw sound. Vertified my game cachce a few times and it still has issues with playing.

@一只兔斯基XD, has Steam actualy downloaded the files yet? So far I haven't personally ran into any mods that have a conflict with this mod, and that would be my only guess as to why the sounds might not play. I haven't ran into any levels that don't play the sound for me either..

It is actually a combination of sounds, one where the group of bikers revs with their mouths on their bikes, and one where they just rev in person, I thought this version sounded more like a chainsaw, while still sounding like the bikers, but I can always upload the other version for ya! And If more people would like it that way I can just update this mod to the other version.

LOL this is halirous and i love it, but if i may make a suggestion, when you go to rev it just sounds like people screaming with engine noise it would be more funny if you took the part where they all start going BWAHBWAHBWAH in the dinner and made that the full throttle sound in my opinion. Thx anyways thou!

@Dallas, Well, I studied many different guides and I know about the need to maintain the original file's bitrate, channels, sample rate, and format when replacing them, and I've done that properly, I actually had the sound files sped up at first before I uploaded the mod because I had the wrong sample rate (set to mono instead of stereo.) It sounded like gnomes on crack or something lel. But thanks on the suggested fix anyway.

Addressing your quiet sound problem. It may be an issue with how the file is read and thus not really something you can control. I assme it's an MP3 file which if you didn't already know, some programs when you save a MP3 it changes it into a "lossy" format which messes it up.
