Do you have the Swedish Tiger Mod or any other leader-changing mods for Sweden? If so, then it's just a simple mod conflict. This mod gives a good enough Swedish Focus tree, and doesn't conflict with this mod I've sent a Friend Request so we could DM this issue sometime.
