Just click the Subscribe button and it will show up on any server that allows custom content (basically all of them do)

It does look more like a 92, actually. I only went with a color scheme of a 94, because I can't make 3d-models to save my life :s

As long as they have sv_pure set to 0 (most do), then yes. I constantly play on Insydon servers with it enabled.
