rather than just giving weapons more durability, it just made a smithy for specific durable items, and only a handful of items are durable (not including a stone pickaxe for some reason) and it's broken, you can't fabricate certain things or learn the crossbow engram.

For anyone wanting the primary feature of this mod - enhancing durability of tools and weapons - it can also be achieved by using the Upgrade Station mod and altering some of the mod's properties in gameusersettings.ini. This also has the result that you are creating completely vanilla "upgraded" items rather than adding distinct substitutes to the game. You'd still be adding Yet Another Crafting Table, but at least it works on every vanilla item.

Yea I have updated the description since it came out but to fill you in, the crossbow is bugged, and I am not currentrly doing any work on the mod so it probably won't get fixed. My apologies but a lot of people ask questions without reading the description at all or ever. I do appreciate that you are using the mod!

Cannot find the Longneck Rifle Engram. I wouldn't mind the crossbow not being in the mod if the I could find the rifle. But I really want one or the other. Preferably the rifle.

First of many updates coming this November is out now! Fixed the Bow Bug and added three new weapons, the TEK Shield and Sword require the TEK shield engram to unlock(soon to be fixed when devkit updates) and the Harpoon Launcher is also added and works perfectly.

I can't find the regular bow either.. I learned the engram, but it's just not showing up to craft.

The crossbow is temporarily removed due to a bug. The bow should be there, I will look into it.

Hi, great mod but i've got 2 things now working properly. cant find the bow to craft after learning the engram and the crossbow engram it wont let me learn, double click and it flashes but just says unlearned still

I see, it isn't in the weapons list but I see that is very confusing, I will update the description.

read it, says nothing about it not being in the mod, the only thing not working for the crossbow is not shooting ammo.

If you read my mod description you will notice we have a bug with the crossbow at the moment and it is not currently in the mod.

I can't find the bow. I made the smithy and got the engram but it's not in there

Yeah I figured as much. I was hoping there was a simple variable that could be changed .ini style that could (for example) do 0.25x durability loss per use for all items with durability. I'll stick with this mod then :)

Currently my Mod does reduce the durability taken by 4x on the custom weapons you makein the Durable Smithy. If I was to alter the actually items in game my mod would no longer be stackable. I however will look into an item that does reduce the durability of weapons by 4x without altering the vanilla items.

Hi there, I'm wondering, is it possible to reduce durability loss per 'use' by 4 instead of having seperate items with 4x the durability?
Mostly wondering about whether it's possible to have items not feel like they were glued together with kids' glue while staying compatible with levelled items and stuff.

No, don't get me wrong. I like the mod. I just noticed the saddles not being there. Didn't know if it was being added.

@AlwaysTrouble the durable smithy can only craft the Durable tool set. This allows the mod to be 100% clean and stackable. It may take up a little more space but you can pick up the durable smithy and move it as needed and it doesn't cost very much to craft.

Bow bug is fixed. Crossbow bug is still a work in progress. Working on it ASAP.

So, apparently I had to relearn the engram....

The engram for the smithy is gone. And the only total conversion I use just changes sounds

Try rebuilding the smithy and see if it works, are you using any total conversation mods?

Nothing at all, lol that's the issue, The strange thing is, it worked perfectly just a few days ago.

I logged out one night, came back the next day and the durable smithy in my house was gone and the engram was gone as well.

The files are installed and the mod is activated in the game but it's just not working.

As for mods, I'm using several others but none, I don't think, that would conflict with yours

@thedoctor it works just fine for me, are you using any other mods, what exactly happens when you use my mod?

Unfortunately it looks like the last update broke it for my game. No matter what I do I cannot get this mod to work. And yes, I've tried messing with the load order
