@chaospearl I saw no one answered your question, so allow me... While it is unfortunate when a given mod is in need of repair, often times it is other modders that supply the fix. In fact, it is sometimes the only way a mod can\will be made usable again. As far as etiquette is concerned, just be sure to show respect. Meaning add a link and a thank you to the mod and it's relative author. If all of that doesn't convince you it's 'okay'; Consider the fact that a fix mod, that doesn't use any of the original mod's assets, has no legal ramifications. Best case scenario, they contact you to add your fix. Worst case scenario... a modder gets their feelings hurt a little. In closing, please release the fix.

@LizardMods @LordAkkrand I'm also getting the exact same crash without having this mod installed. It usually seems to happen when I'm approaching my base so the idea of a crafting table/furance coming into render distance trigger the crash while active sounds at least plausible to me.

i can build gate frames and put gates in them without crashing but the gates are misaligned and do not cover half the gateway. (server play) Needs an update.

I built a GcamT1 wall with stone on both sides, and then tried to cover it with a T3 wall, but it couldn't be covered at all:steamthumbsdown:

I've created a tiny mod that corrects the issue with smelters and alchemists no longer working with Living Settlements. I'll release it on Steam as soon as I figure out what the etiquette is for fixing bugs in other people's mods. GCam is a fantastic mod, I don't wish to disparage it by implying there's a problem. It just hasn't been updated. but in the mean time we want our smelters and alchemists to wander around properly.

If you're referring to the gcam stations I think you will find that is because the mod has not been updated for living settlements.

I'm having the same issue with this mod breaking the Alchemists & Smelters. They won't move around at all, though can be placed into the green ghosts.

Fantastic mod that remains extraordinarily popular. I don't think I've ever played on a server that didn't use it. A common theme among commenters seems to be asking for more of the Lemurian architecture pieces to be incorporated into the mod and while chances are slim, I thought I'd come add my voice to the chorus. The Lemurian gates in particular are incredible visual pieces that I would love to utilize in my builds.

Please add Lemurian walls !! We do not want to stack foundations for server performance. Maybe also curved ones for your curved ceilings :)

The mod is very nice and all, but for some reason it breaks the Alchemists & Smelter Thralls not working properly, remaining stationary like statue, not responding to commands, not following the "Living Settlement" routine, I tested disabling this mod and enable it multiple times to confirm it, when it's enabled, these 2 classes of Thralls are not responding, once the mods is disabled, they come back to life again

The mod is awesome, I love the idea and the execution. The textures look so gorgeus, I love it. But it would me so mazing if the author would add angled platforms and corner finishers for the Lemurian marble and gold set. Pretty please. We can't build a pyramid without them :( And that black marble looks so sick, game devs should be ashamed for not making it available in the game.

I kept having the 'standard' crashing out of the game until I removed GCAM. BUT , then I moved the loading order way down my Mods list - or at least after most of the build and placeables mods and it works.

Glad I did not remove the mod - it has been with me for years now and I look forward to keeping it about for years more.

@I-emerge Will we ever see more pieces, to go with the Lemurian white/gold/black pieces? Really wanted to make a wizard tower, with the round pieces, but sadly there are no walls, windows, doors, ceilings or roofs to go with them :( Thanks for everything you have done up till now, Also rounded glass walls and roofs would be amazing :)
