i played with no mods and no dlc and they still had helmets

I love this Idea alot. it adds alot of bariety to the "always the same" skeleton. (not including dawnguard armored skeletons that can spawn).

Still playing original game without DG DLC and having a lot of fun with this mod :-)

I think (So it may not be true) that the armor/helmet skeletons for dawnguard, but mistakenly (Or purposly) added to the vanilla files.

With Dawnguard skeletons can wear all kinds of armor just like draugrs.
