No, everything is included with it. I think there must be an issue on your side or with Steam because otherwise other people would come and complain.

Sorry but the original author didn't include models for NPCs, so I can't create them through Lua.

I have a error when I try to spawn it, I think it comes from the playermodels itself, unfortunately, it's a reupload, so I can't do anything right now, sorry.

possible bug report: for me at least the male_01 model does not spawn when I click the icon in the combine administrators V3 addon in the addons folder\tab.

Sorry, this addon is basically just a merge between two addons so that it works normally, you should maybe contact the original creators to maybe get some.

They are playermodels access path.
