Just a little feedback:

- I know there's only one of these buildings in real life, but for Cities Skylines purposes, may I suggest making it not a 'unique' building? This way tunnel builders everywhere can use it to their hearts content.

- placing this asset right over tunnel mouths (like it is situated in real life) is not possible without using procedural objects due to the added fence and container details being terrain following. May I suggest removing the detailing? players can always add it back in to suit their exact situation.

Just some suggestions, feel free to ignore them, and keep up the excellent work.

This should be a police building.

Hey you might want to add some more light for AD.

Great work for a first time. Fit so perfectly in the space i made for it. Can't wait to see what you do with the battery parking garage.

Look forward to more. Not too shabby for first time out. Love NYC but remember this building as many others do from MIB. As such added to the TV MOVIE GAMES' collection.
