Great building. Thanks for the excellent model and work! I dont know if this makes a difference, but your .xml file is named "Manhattan Apartment", and not "PloppableRICOdefinition.xml" as are all the RICO buildings I use currently. Secondly, the xml building supports 500 families. That is even bigger than large Dubai tower properties I use.
