Isn't the matte paintings not supposed to be shiny? At least that is what i seen in cars

np. Perhaps if you did it more shiny like the Powered Armor you can get? That's pretty much what I'm using atm.

The new launcher is bugged and doesn't recognize new mods added. Everyone is migrating to use the Alternative Mod Launcher.

I'm playing XCOM2 vanilla with DLCs and I activated this mod through the Firaxis launcher. I can't find any Nova props. =(

Yes! Just make sure you're using this if you're playing vanilla xcom2. If you're playing xcom2:WOTC, it won't work. You need to use that one instead. It's in my workshop.

@Kexx Thanks for the help. I saw the legs/torso with the SCII icon next to it, but not seeing the same numbers was throwing me off. Thanks for your work on the mod.

Dog tags aren't in this mod, that's from another mod. This just adds the Nova items that you see on the soldier.

There is a bug in the base game that doesn't allow for proper naming of the items, so the number you see is the number of the item you have. This number will change for every user. If I have several cosmetic mods that give me a total of 30 legs options, i'll see numbers 0-30, if you only have 4, you'll only see 0-4, etc. That's why there's a SCII icon next to the item, so you'll know which one it is.

Trying to use this mod and I'm trying to set up my character with the various options shown in the photos, for instance Legs 21 and Torso 9, but I only have 4 options in both of those categories. I can select the arms and shoulders properly. I also don't have the Dog Tags option for Lower Face Prop. So, it seems obvious I'm missing something, but I don't see any other requirements listed. Thanks for any help.

Replaced by whichever tier 2/3 options there are. But they too are modular, so you can reassemble the Nova look. It's compatible with all 3 tiers.

Hi, I just want to ask. But when you upgrade their armor does this mod aesthetic still stay on? Or will it simply be replaced by the armor?

Yeah, I saw that. It doesn't really work well with heroes out of the gate unless the specific cosmetic mod you want to apply to them is properly flagged, but you can brute force it using Uniform Manager (which is what I have been doing in the short-term!)

@Fujinberry there is a mod that allows you to use normal cosmetics on heroes and the reverse. that might solve your problem.

Yes, they removed the voice pack! And with it, apparently, Steam has removed that mod from my game. This is ridiculous!

Just as a future note to anyone, the voice pack with Nova's voice got taken down sometime in the last 24 hours and I'm not sure there are any other mods with her voice in it.

I love mods like this because the pieces can be used for characters other than the original character they come from; I've used the visor in several places already. Here's to hoping these mods will be maintained if WotC screws with cosmetics!

enjoying this mod keep going. Considering one of the new classes for the new expansion looks like they got the same blades as the protoss I hope you have a skin in the works perhaps Artanis.
