This'd make an insanely cool fallout 4 power armor! :P I don't play much rein (lucio-d.va-tracer-bastion mostly, lols) but I like this.

Any chance of some Overwatch Skin based retextures? I'd love me a Coldhardt... :P By my guesstimates, it's probably not even that much work... All that's needed is a texture for the armor, and an invisible head piece that's just a bunch of blue flame effects; not even any ReinHead modeling needed, just set the DovahkiiNoggin on fire! :P bit too much for me to manage, unfortunately, but I bet you could do it no problem!

@Fawxy Nexus has really shitty rules that stop people uploading ripped models from other games. The Workshop has a similar rule but they don't enforce anything, wheras the butthole moderators over at the Nexus swing their banhammers at the slightest disturbance of their rules, or when you critizise them for abusing their power.
