One thought if you post poilers could you use spolier tags so that others don't see if they don't want to just but [ spoiler ] before and [ /spoiler ] after the spoiler text (just leave out the spaces between the brackets). Cheers.
The solution I found involved a cube on the central button (in the funnel area), a laser cube on piston, the other laser cube in the turret area and 2 portals ^^
Glad you enjoyed it.
There are only two pedestal buttons - and both are in full view. Only one of them, is instantly accessible - so that's where you start, then get to the next button. Once you have done that you have pretty much finished. Maybe I am being too complicated but I thought the floor buttons were pretty obvious - just stand on wach one and see what it does - they are only used to get the block to to correct tractor beam, and you can stand on the tractor beam buttons on the far side of the room to see what they do. The laser puzzle itself is pressty simple one you have the right platfrom to work from.
I'll try to thinkl smaller next time - promise ;) I thought you would appreciate a single room where everything is in plain view.
I didn't get to complete this yet, and that's after playing it for quite a while. It simply takes a long time to first figure out how it all works, some of the indicator panels will hint at this, but it's not clear what the tractor beam buttons do. A good chunk is simple trial and error, and moving around trying to figure out what does what.
Right out of the gate, players will start fiddling with those buttons assuming they need to use those, but they actually don't need those until later.
