Upon uninstall the game will just fall back to default.
The only part where it could have a affect on your save is if you save mid tutorial with it installed and then remove it but even then I didn't run in to any issues when developing the tutorial text changes.
Oh, and in an 8-bit comic sans ms font.

The rest is just tedious trawling through the mess of assets the main game has to track down text strings and update them, I really Appreciate people telling me where I missed one as It helps a lot to find it(Though Why the info desk NPC is stored inside the object still baffles me).
@Chemic Just suggest me a race and point me to the non steam dl for the Mod and I'll put together a extra mod.
