As for mod compatibility sadly that's not something I can change, this mod removes lines from files rather than adding them so the only way to remove starting colonies from other mods is to directly modify that mod.
Can you fix that somehow?
I did originally have the Sol and Deneb systems in- however a lot of people requested they didn't want them part of the mod so I opted to remove them. The way I see it is that they're already pre-scripted locations so it made sense to leave their specific starting neighbours (Sol always has Alpha Centauri nearby, for example... I think)
