Ah, I just checked your newer skins, and they are pretty decent to say the least. (Better than anything I've ever made for sure.) I wish you well in your future endeavors.

@shallex yes i know, and if you look on my newer work, i do that quite well. but this was was one of my very first works, so i missed out on that.

Well good on you, then. I appreciate that. I hope you continue to make more work and have fun doing it. By the way, if you're going to upload a skin, you should probably at least provide screenshots of it. If you're just going to have the thumbnail, you might as well just link the image on your profile or something. I think without proper screenshots, you might get more downvotes, which to me seems counter-intuitive to the idea of uploading a game item to the workshop that is meant to be seen.

Of course i dont expect to get any of my skins to the game, the competition is just too big.

I am Doing the Skins i like and i prefer, not the ones that might be accepted. It is literally a just-for-fun work.

I don't think there is any community-made skin that is as basic as this. Believe me, I am all for minimalism, most of my favorite skins are as such, for example Cartel, the Laminate skins most camouflage skins, flat color skins, skins like that. But this is just completely black, just like the AWP's substrate underneath, with 3 white lines and an amateur graphic from the game.

I don't know exactly how it looks in the game, (since you didn't provide any actual screenshots) but it really just doesn't look good to be from the thumbnail, and this is coming from someone who loves minimalist skins and despises most of the flashy skins released nowadays. I think you know that this is pretty much never going to get into the game. Also, the minimalist skins you listed have a lot more to them than this, and arguably took more work and artistic skill.

I am not trying to be harsh, just trying to give you some constructive criticism.

@starsaberxjust like the other skin you commented, yes it is nothing very complex and it is pretty minimalistic. but somehow often i go by the rule "less is more". Theres skins like the hyperbeast or Dragon Lore or even the that follow an entirely different Conzept, and then theres for example other very much requested skins like the Lightning strike or Pink DDPAT, or M4 Cyrex and even m1014 bow tie. Those are very minimalistic too, and pretty successful. It is always a matter of taste.

i wont vote yes because its a black skin, 3 white lines, and a headshot icon i know its a classic but this is not the best work i have seen

Ah, I see. I didn't realize that at first.

@shallex true, but the original Headshot Icon looked Pretty similar to the mask i am using, so it is in fact a hommage to older CS Games.

i am sorry for not giving any ingame screens, i am Reworking on this and will fill some in.

Also, there's no in-game screenshots at all to see.

How is this inspired from older CS games? The AWP is green in all CS games and doesn't have any imagery on them.
